3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our Services, you agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial data and documentation.

Maintain secure access credentials for any connected financial or accounting software.

Review financial statements, reports, or deliverables provided by us and promptly report any discrepancies.

Remain solely responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Fees And Payments

All fees for Services are outlined in the applicable engagement agreement, proposal, or invoice. Payment terms are due as stated in your agreement.

Late payments may be subject to service interruption or late fees.

ZAP Bookkeepers LLC reserves the right to revise pricing or billing structures with reasonable notice.

All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality over all client financial and business information.

All client data, including financial documents and communications, will be used solely for the purpose of providing bookkeeping services.

We will not disclose or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, text, images, graphics, and design elements found on www.zapbk.com

are owned or licensed by ZAP Bookkeepers LLC and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation Of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and reliability in our Services, ZAP Bookkeepers LLC shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

9. Third-Party Services

We Are Not Responsible For The Functionality, Accuracy, Or Security Practices Of These Third Parties. 10. Termination

Either Party May Terminate The Service Agreement At Any Time With Written Notice. Upon Termination:

All Outstanding Fees Must Be Paid In Full.

Any Client Data Stored By ZAP Bookkeepers LLC Will Be Returned Or Securely Deleted Upon Request, In Accordance With Our Privacy Policy.

11. Indemnification

You Agree To Indemnify, Defend, And Hold Harmless ZAP Bookkeepers LLC, Its Owners, Employees, And Affiliates From Any Claims, Liabilities, Damages, Or Expenses (Including Attorney Fees) Arising From Your Violation Of These Terms Or Misuse Of Our Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms Are Governed By And Construed In Accordance With The Laws Of The State Of Florida, Without Regard To Its Conflict Of Law Principles.

Any Disputes Arising From These Terms Or The Use Of Our Services Shall Be Resolved Exclusively In The State Or Federal Courts Located In Pinellas County, Florida.
